These methods of coping with loneliness only lead one's soul deeper into emptiness.

Trauma comes in many different forms such as an unexpected and sudden loss, abuse (physical, sexual or emotional), or any personally threatening situation. Survivors of trauma experience a myriad of physical symptoms and emotional responses. You may be angry with those who have caused you pain, God or yourself. You may feel powerless, hopeless or numb.
