Resurrection Celebration — 2010
“For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures…” (I Corinthians 15:3-4 — the apostle Paul).

The Worthington Christian Church family would like to invite you to join us for some special times of worship and fellowship during the Easter season.

Behold the Lamb: A Night of Worship and Remembrance on Good Friday — 8:00 PM (April 2)
The Good Friday service will start at 8:00 PM and will include Scripture readings and music based on Old Testament prophecies and how Jesus fulfilled them during the passion week. We will also have communion.

Saturday Morning Annual Easter Egg Hunt — 11:00 AM (April 3)
A fun morning for younger children and their families! Join us for a morning of treats and prizes, scrambling and sharing at Camp Mary Orton (just south of the church)!

Easter Sunday Schedule (April 4)

• 8:30 AM — More traditional worship; no childcare provided
• 9:45 & 11:00 AM — More contemporary worship

Jr. and Sr. High classes and ABF classes (Sunday School) will not be meeting on Easter in order to make room for our friends and guests who will be worshiping with us as we celebrate the resurrection. In addition, we ask that those families and friends who can carpool to our Easter services please consider doing so. Parking is limited and our goal is to make our church as accessible as possible to everyone who wishes to join us. Your help toward that end would be most appreciated.
