Wednesday KidsTime
Wednesday KidsTime is on vacation until our next semester of Wednesday night classes begins in late March. But if you are wondering what KidsTime is all about, this is the best place to find out!
KidsTime is designed to give children the opportunity to express their faith in a variety of ways. Each Wednesday night during our semester of Grow! we offer your children an hour filled with super crafts, lively activities, joyful songs and awesome lessons about God and His love for everyone.
KidsTime met every Wednesday night after our Wednesday Night Dinner at 7:00 PM and they are divided into three groups:
- Little Ones (Infants, Toddlers, Twos)
- Cherubs (age 3 - Kindergarten)
- Kingdom Kids (grades 1-6)
More infomation about KidsTime will be announced as we draw closer for our Spring 2012 semester of our Wednesday Night classes.
Beat the Winter Blahs!
January is usually a month where kids don't get to do a lot of playing outside. With the cold and snow, they're often stuck indoors with little to do to burn off that excess energy. That's why every Friday during January the Worthington Christian Church offers "Beat the Winter Blahs" for kids! We dedicate each Friday to a specific age group and invite them into our Family Life Center for an evening of flashlight tag and other games.
Easter Egg Hunt
Our annual Easter Egg hunt is held on the Saturday before Easter Sunday. Children and their families are invited to join us at a local park (usually Camp Mary Orton) for a morning of easter egg hunting. Every year we fill more than 2,000 plastic eggs with candy and treats for children to find. Details about our next Easter Egg Hunt will be announced soon!
