Celebrate the Holidays at Worthington Christian Church

The purpose of the calendar below is to be used to help families plan their holiday schedule. Event details can, and sometimes do, change. It doesn't happen very often, but we have had a couple of last-minute cancellations due to bad weather (please review our inclement weather policy).

Whenever possible, this page will be updated with new details as they become available. If you have questions, please call the church office at 614-885-8389. You may also want to "like" our Facebook page or follow our Twitter feed for any additional updates or notices.

Our elementary children will perform a mini-musical, "Tell Me the Story of Christmas." Followed by Christmas activities and treats! Please RSVP through Realm so we know how many to expect.

  • High School Christmas Dinner & Zoolights — Sunday, December 3 at 5:30 PM
Students will meet at 5:30 PM on the Nxt Level for a Christmas dinner and then a trip to the Columbus Zoo to see Zoolights. The cost is $5/person; please register through Realm.

    Christmas 2017

  • "What Child Is This?" — Saturday and Sunday, December 9 and 10 at 6:00 PM
Matthew and Luke recorded brilliant accounts of Jesus' miraculous birth in Bethlehem over 2,000 years ago — the very first Christmas.

Can you imagine what the people of that day were thinking? What did the shepherds make of the angels and their glorious announcement? How did Joseph & Mary come to grips with the reality of God's favor upon them? And the wise men who followed a star, what did they know about the king they were coming to worship?

Find the answers to these questions and more when you join us for a night of music and drama that tell the story of the first Christmas.

Tickets for this event are FREE so be sure to invite someone to join you! Doors open at 5:30 PM for all ticket holders.
