Give & Go
Matthew 25:34-36, 40 tells us, "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'" and "The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'"
The Men's Ministry offers several programs that provide men with a variety of ways to serve their community. We encourage all men to make time in their busy lives to go out and serve. It isn't just good for your community at large, but it is good for you — your mind, your heart and your soul.
West Central Community Correctional Facility (WCCCF) Prison Ministry
The WCC Men's Ministry has an outreach program to a community-based correctional facility in Marysville, OH. This facility is based on a diversionary program that focuses on rehabilitation of men and women incarcerated as a result of drug and alcohol abuse and criminal activities that result from that abuse. The goal of our ministry is to introduce them to God and our Savior Jesus Christ, lead them to a saving relationship with Christ, teach them in the Word and fundamental spiritual disciplines, and then help facilitate a transition back into the community through mentoring, and physical/logistical support. We conduct a Bible Study at the facility every Thursday night from 6:30-8:00 PM, and lead a Worship Service at the facility every quarter.

The Better Way Ministry
In partnership with the Garden Church and Better Way Ministries, the WCC Men's Ministry is providing breakfast and a Bible study to homeless men in downtown Columbus on the third and fourth Saturdays of every month. Our goal is to not only provide a physical meal, but to show the love of Christ by serving, spending time and studying God's word with men that are living off the land so that they might come to know Christ and find hope in any situation. Breakfast and fellowship begins at 8:00 AM and the Bible study follows at approximately 8:30 AM.

Helping Hands
Are you good with your hands? Are you willing to serve others and work as a "handy man?" The Helping Hands ministry is designed to help those who need an extra hand in doing a chore, a job or a home project that is overdue.

Men of Faith Mentoring
Do you desire individual support instead of group support in helping you in your Christian walk? Then mentoring may be right for you. It starts where you are, what you need and when you are ready. It is men of faith being encouraged by men of God to let Jesus Christ become not just their Savior but their Lord in all things.
Would you like to help with our prison ministry by becoming a mentor? It is with one man who may or may not be in the Columbus area. For the freed man of faith, it is about developing a relationship with a godly man, to be encouraged, and to help him to continue what he learned at WCCCF. For the mentor, it is being the servant as Christ lived and being truly blessed in "putting on Christ" to demonstrate His mercy.
