Life — 2:42 Youth Groups
In the fall of 2010 we kicked off an all new Nxt Level Ministry, Life — 2:42. The inspiration for this group comes from Acts 2:42: "They devoted themselves to the Apostle's teaching and to the Fellowship, to the Breaking of bread and to Prayer." The Nxt Level seeks to teach students how to grow in their faith by living life the way Acts 2:42 describes.
We encourage students to commit to being part of a Life — 2:42 Group. We meet every Sunday on the Nxt Level in age and gender based groups designed to challenge students to grow in their faith by reading God's Word, praying for friends, being mentored by an adult sponsor, and having fun!
We strongly encourage students to commit to the things the very first Christians committed to: the Bible, fellowship (Christian friends), breaking bread (remembering Christ), and prayer. Jr. High 2:42 groups meet from 6:00-7:30 PM and Sr. High 2:42 groups meet from 6:30-8:00 PM every Sunday night.
