Reading Through Ruth & Esther (in-person)
January 20 @ 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM EST
An event every week that begins at 9:30 AM on Thursday, repeating until Thursday, February 24, 2022
We have all faced difficulties over the last two years, haven’t we? We’ve gone through a pandemic that locked down the world, church doors closed for in-person worship, students stuck at home and masks that have hidden our smiles… And as if all of this wasn’t enough, the sin of hatred seems to be trying to undo us all. Many of us may be wondering if this season will ever pass.
To all these things, God has two words of encouragement: R-U-T-H and E-S-T-H-E-R. These books were written to be read during difficult seasons. They were crafted for those who feel outnumbered by foes, outmaneuvered by fate, and outdone by fear. God need not be loud to be strong; He need not cast a shadow to be present.
Ladies, we invite you to join us for a 7-week study this January and February on the Books of Ruth and Esther. Even though both women faced different hardships, these two Old Testament books show us God is always working even if He appears distant. We look forward to reading, studying, and discussing these two wonderful books with you and discovering just how relevant they are to our lives today.
TIME AND DATE: We are offering two study times – one on Thursday mornings at Worthington Christian Church and the other on Thursday evenings on Zoom. There is more discussion in the morning group, but both sessions are identical.

THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR THE CLASS MEETING AT CHURCH.
COST: There is no cost for this study. Just bring your Bible.
