Engaged by the Power of God

Peter has a pattern of engaging and disengaging. When Peter is close to Jesus, he has no problem engaging with the mission of the church. When Peter is distant from Jesus, he will disengage.

All of us are much the same. Ask yourself: are you engaged or disengaged with Jesus and the mission of the church?
