REALM
All WCC members and regular attenders have the option to create an account with Realm. If they choose to do so, they may control their own privacy settings, including what personally identifiable information is shared. As Realm is meant to serve as an online community for WCC members and regular attenders, many users choose to use Realm as an online church directory. Realm is the property of ACS Technologies and all Realm users are subject to their company policies and terms of use.
In addition, we monitor all requests to join Realm. To protect the privacy of our members and regular attenders, we do our best to verify that individuals requesting access to Realm are doing so out of good faith, are current residents of Ohio and/or have a vested interest in joining our online community for the betterment of their spiritual lives. We may choose to deny a request to join Realm for any reason.
REQUESTING INFORMATION ON MEMBERS/REGULAR ATTENDERS
In the event that a non-WCC member contacts the church office to request personally identifiable information about a WCC member, we may choose to refuse to share that information OR take down the contact information on the person making the request and share that information with the person they are seeking to contact. At that point, it is up to the WCC member or regular attender to choose to make contact with the person seeking to contact them. We do not share personally identifiable information of WCC members and regular attenders to non-WCC members.
